Reginald N. France, Managing Director of Boulders Advisors Limited (BAL) is an investment consultant with significant experience in pension, structuring and obtaining financing for acquisitions, management buy-outs, expansion financing and recapitalization.
He has since 1993 been a founder/partner of HRK Associates, Inc. (HRK), a specialized financial consulting firm that provides a full range of advisory services to business entities, government and public sector institutions, where he served as financial advisor in corporate finance and acquisition transactions valued in excess of $2.3 billion.
As an investment consultant, he has managed various Pension Plans with total assets of about $1.5 million. Prior to joining HRK, Mr. France was the Vice President and Director of Tax for AMF Industries in Richmond, VA. He structured and participated in the acquisition of several multinational manufacturing and service businesses in more than twelve countries with an aggregate acquisition price exceeding $1.8 billion in a spate of five years.
As Director of Corporate Tax he had direct responsibility for developing strategies and implementing global tax policies in twelve different countries. Before joining AMF, Mr. France had a stint with American International Group as a Senior Analyst and the New York accounting firm of J. Manning Winikus & Co. CPAs in the 1980s.
Mr. France is a graduate of The Executive Program of Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia. He also has a B.B.A. (Accounting) from Bernard Baruch College, New York. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (US) and the Society of International Business Fellows.
He is currently the President of the Ghana Securities Industry Association (GSIA).
