Tibu Aziz Rayamah, Managing Director of UT Life Insurance Company, commended the entire Executive team for their excellent performance in the year under review which made the UT Life the fastest growing subsidiary of the UT Group and one of the best in the Life Insurance industry in Ghana.
Sheriff Abudu, General Manager of Business Development of UT Life, in an interview, mentioned that the company continued to increase its profit and that it was prudent to reward the sales executives who helped to achieve that feat.
He indicated that the company has over 170 sales executives, but the top 30 were selected for the awards.
Commenting on the theme for the conference, Mr Abudu indicated that “Now people buy the policies and when it comes to claims, there are issues. Many documents have to be signed and there are so many jargons used that the clients don’t understand. But I believe customers need to understand the policies they are buying and we have to ensure that when it comes to claims, we give the clients the best,” he stressed.
He noted that since sales executives were the front-liners of the insurance company, there was the need for them to be professional. Click here for more photos
